Meet Chelsea

“Hello, is it me you're looking for?”

When Lionel Richie wrote this song he was interested in capturing a young woman's heart. Me? Well I already have one of those. Instead I'm looking for readers that are ready to make a change. I'm on a mission to help people find the courage to share their message. I want my readers to find their voice in a voiceless world.

Stand up and shout with all of your might! You MATTER! You deserve to be heard. We all do! "You don't want to be judged? You won't be. You don't think you're strong enough? You are. You're afraid? Don't be. You have all the weapons you need. Now fight!" (Sucker Punch)

So, read my post and gain the bravery to send your message out into the world!

My message is of hope, love, and freedom! I want you to see that no matter what you have to face in your life you can come through stronger. I believe sharing your message is one of the first steps to finding happiness. I will go over that in more detail in another post but for now focus on developing your message.

Now that I've explained my desires for my posts, let me tell you about myself. My name is Chelsea and I am a 23 year old living in a small town in Wyoming. I live with my girlfriend, CeCe. We've been together two years now and how we met is a very interesting story. That story deserves a post all on its own. I work full-time and am going to school online studying Business Management.

I had a blog back when I was a freshman in high school. I wrote pretty frequently on it, but let’s be honest - it had some pretty dumb posts. One time I wrote a WHOLE post about a boy I saw with a Led Zeppelin shirt on at a school function and how in love I was with him. He had long, black, greasy hair that draped over his face. I could only see one eye peering out from that whole head of grease but it was the eye of my boy crush...well at least that's what my post seemed to denote. I think my young self was trying to convince everyone, including myself, that I was straight. But really, Chels? Just accept yourself!

I hope that this blog will be better now that I am living my true, authentic self. I hope my reflections on the past and my hopes for the future will help you to develop and become your true authentic self, as well!

Let's learn and grow together. Let me show you a whole new world!

Love,
Chelsea
